fa ارزیابی آسیب‌پذیری سیستم مدیریت سوانح بیمارستان هلال احمر ایران در حج تمتع در مکه مکرمه در شرایط بحرانی حمایت روانی در سوانح Psychological support in disasters پژوهشي Research article <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">مقدمه: حوادث طبیعی نظیر سیل و حوادث غیر طبیعی حاصل از تجمعات و آتش سوزی در ایام حج تمتع دور از احتمال نیست و بیمارستان مکانی است که هم پاسخگو به بحران و هم آسیب‌پذیر از بحران می‌باشد. لذا آمادگی بیمارستان در برابر بحران می‌تواند کمک مؤثری به کاهش تلفات حاصل از بحران نماید. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، ارزیابی آسیب‌پذیری سیستم مدیریت بیمارستان مکه در مواجهه با بحران است.</span><br style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" > <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">روش‌ها: مطالعه مقطعی حاضر در آبان 1390 انجام گردید. در این مطالعه از چک‌ لیست استاندارد PAHO/WHO که برای ارزیابی آسیب‌پذیری بیمارستان به‌کار می‌رود، استفاده شده است. این چک لیست میزان آسیب‌پذیری سیستم مدیریت سوانح بیمارستان را در ابعاد سازه‌ای، غیر سازه‌ای و مدیریتی می‌سنجد.</span><br style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" > <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">یافته‌ها: در مجموع بیمارستان در سطح ایمنی متوسط نسبت به بحران در ابعاد سازه‌ای(13)، غیر سازه‌ای(86) و مدیریتی(54) قرار داشت.</span><br style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" > <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به متوسط بودن میزان آسیب‌پذیری سیستم مدیریت سوانح بیمارستان‌، در مقابله با بحران، لازم است مدیران ارشد و سیاست‌‌گذاران مرتبط تمهیداتی جدی درخصوص کاهش آسیب‌پذیری اتخاذ کنند؛ هرچند موسمی بودن این بیمارستان شرایط خاص خود را برای اتخاذ تصمیمات می‌طلبد.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,&quot;sans-serif&quot;"><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;"><span style="color:#222222">INTRODUCTION</span></span></span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;"><span style="color:#222222">: There is the possibility of the occurrence of natural disasters such as floods and unusual events because of gatherings of people and fire during the Hajj.
