fa مدیریت بحران در ارتباط با خطر گسلش و زمین لرزه (مطالعه موردی منطقه دشت سیلاخور) حمایت روانی در سوانح Psychological support in disasters پژوهشي Research article <p style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;"><strong>مقدمه</strong><strong>:</strong>&nbsp;زلزله به‌ عنوان پدیده‌ای طبیعی، پیوسته در طول تاریخ باعث خرابی‌ها و از بین رفتن جان انسان‌‌های زیادی شده است. برنامه‌ریزی مناسب جهت پیشگیری یا کاهش آثار مخرب این پدیده از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است و شناسایی و پیش‌بینی نحوه عمل و نوع تاثیرگذاری آن به مدیران کمک می‌کند تا به نوشتن سناریوهای دقیق‌تری از روند بحران و نیز کنترل آن اقدام نمایند و در نتیجه سرعت عملکرد خود را در مهار بحران در حد زیادی بالا ببرند.</p> <p style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;"><strong>روش‌ها:</strong>&nbsp;روش بررسی بر پایه مطالعه دیرینه لرزه‌شناسی منطقه و داده‌های&nbsp;ژئوتکنیکی و لرزه‌ زمین‌ساخت&nbsp;و عملیات‌ میدانی‌ انجام گرفته است. در ادامه لایه‌های‌ اطلاعاتی‌ با استفاده‌ از&nbsp;GIS&nbsp;تهیه‌ و به‌ بررسی‌ ویژگی‌های‌ ژئوتکنیکی منطقه ‌اقدام‌ شده‌ است و در نهایت نتایج‌ حاصله‌ در ارتباط با تحلیل خطرپذیری منطقه، تجزیه‌ و تحلیل‌ شده‌اند.</p> <p style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong>&nbsp;وقوع زمین‌لرزه‌های اخیر در نزدیکی گسل دورود که<strong>&nbsp;<strong>با وقوع پدیده‌های ژئوتکنیکی متعددی از جمله اثرات ساختگاهی، روانگرایی و زمین‌لغزش همراه بوده‌ است،</strong>&nbsp;فعال شدن مجدد این گسل را نشان می‌دهد.&nbsp;<strong>این حرکات و ریزش‌های دامنه‌ای بعضاً موجب مسدود شدن جاده‌های ارتباطی نیز گردیده است.</strong></strong></p> <p style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong>&nbsp;بر پایه داده‌ها و تحلیل آنها، رویداد پدیده‌های گسلش و زمین‌لرزه در گستره دشت سیلاخور دور از انتظار نیست. همچنین زلزله‌های بزرگ سال‌های اخیر، نقش حیاتی مولفه‌های مدیریت بحران زلزله را در کنترل خطرپذیری و کاهش آسیب‌های ناشی از زلزله تایید می‌کند؛ به‌ همین دلیل انجام اقدامات جدی و اصولی در راستای پیشگیری و کاهش خطرپذیری ناشی از زلزله در منطقه مذکور باید در دستور کار قرار بگیرد.</p> <div style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Introduction:</strong>Earthquake as a natural phenomenon always has caused death,&nbsp;&nbsp;and serious damage throughout history. In recent years, large earthquakes confirm the critical role of crisis management components in the earthquake control and risk reduction.
