fa بررسی عوامل مؤثر در جذب و نگهداری گروه‌های داوطلبان، جوانان و امدادی جمعیت هلال‌احمر استان بوشهر Studying the effective factors of attracting and maintaining volunteers, youth and relief groups in Red Cre حمایت روانی در سوانح Psychological support in disasters پژوهشي Research article مقدمه: سازمان‌های هلال‌احمر و صلیب‌سرخ در سراسر جهان وظیفه دارند، نسبت به ارایه خدمات انسان‌دوستانه و حمایت از مددجویان اقدام نمایند. جمعیت هلال‌احمر با جذب، سازماندهی و بهره‌گیری از توان اقشار و افرادی که تمایل به مشارکت در اهداف انسان‌دوستانه جمعیت هلال‌احمر دارند، به نیازمندان کمک می‌نماید. این تحقیق به بررسی عوامل مؤثر در جذب و نگهداری گروه‌های داوطلبان، جوانان و امدادی جمعیت هلال‌احمر استان بوشهر پرداخته‌است. روش‌ها: روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل گروه‌های داوطلبان، جوانان و امدادی هلال‌احمر استان بوشهر بوده‌است. مطابق با آمارهای ارائه‌شده توسط جمعیت هلال‌احمر استان بوشهر تعداد کل اعضای گروه‌های داوطلبان، جوانان و امدادی هلال‌احمر استان بوشهر 7217 نفر بوده‌است که با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان 391 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. با بهره‌گیری از روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای یک مرحله‌ای شهرستان‌های بوشهر، دشتستان، دشتی، بندر گناوه، کنگان، دیّر و تنگستان انتخاب گردید. روایی صوری پرسشنامه توسط تعدادی از کارشناسان و صاحب‌نظران مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ در پرسشنامه اول و دوم به ترتیب برابر 86/0=r و 83/0=r به‌دست آمده‌است که نتایج بیانگر وجود سطح بالایی از همبستگی درونی بین سئوالات است. یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد عوامل تبلیغات افراد با نفوذ، تبلیغات خیابانی، حمایت سازمانی، انگیزه اجتماعی، ارتباط، رسانه، انگیزه درونی و تشویق مادی به ترتیب بیشترین تأثیر را در جذب افراد داشته‌اند. همچنین مهم‌ترین عواملی که در ماندگاری و ادامه همکاری نقش داشته‌اند به ترتیب ایمنی و بهداشت، روابط انسانی، فرهنگ سازمانی، تشویق غیرمادی، آموزش و تشویق مادی بوده‌است. نتیجه‌گیری: عوامل متعددی در جذب و نگهداری گروه‌های داوطلبان، جوانان و امدادی جمعیت هلال‌احمر نقش دارند. با توجه به میانگین سنی کشور و احتمال بروز حوادث طبیعی و غیرطبیعی، توجه به یافته‌های پژوهش می‌تواند مسئولین امر را در اتخاذ سیاست‌های مناسب جهت جذب و نگهداشت نیروها یاری کند. Background: Red Crescent and Red Cross national societies have duty to offer humanitarian services and support the needy people around the world. Red Crescent society helps the needy by organizing and utilizing the power of people who are willing to participate in the humanitarian purposes. This research studies the effective factors that attract and maintain volunteers, youth and relief groups in Red Crescent society of Bushehr province. Methods: In this desc riptive study, all volunteers, young and relief groups in Red Crescent society of Bushehr (7217) were studied. About 391 ones were selected in three groups of volunteers (104), youth (134), and relief (154) by using Korejci & Morgan’s formula. By using one-stage cluster sampling, some townships of Bushehr province were selected such as Bushehr, Dashtestan, Dashti, Genaveh, Kangan, and Tangestan. Face validity of the questionnaire was examined by experts. Alpha Cronbach’s was r=0/86 and r=0/83 in the first and second questionnaires respectively. The results indicated a high level of internal consistency among the questions. Findings: According to the results, the most important factors on attracting people were such as advertising factors of influential people, street advertising, organizational support, social motivation, communication, media, intrinsic motivation and material encouragement. Also, the important factors in continuous cooperation were such as health and safety, human relations, organizational culture, material & immaterial encouragement and education. Conclusion: Several factors are involved in attracting and keeping volunteers, youth and relief groups in Red Crescent society.
