fa علل مراجعه بیماران به درمانگاه اضطراری جمعیت هلال احمر جمهوری اسلامی ایران در کشور هائیتی پس از زلزله سال 2010 حمایت روانی در سوانح Psychological support in disasters پژوهشي Research article <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">مقدمه: تأمین دقیق منابع مورد نیاز، نیازمند تعیین فراوانی و علل بهره‌گیری از خدمات درمانی در طی یک دوره استقرار این درمانگاه‌ها پس از حادثه است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر نیز، بررسی فراوانی و علل مراجعه بیماران به درمانگاه اضطراری جمعیت هلال احمر جمهوری اسلامی ایران در کشور هائیتی پس از زلزله سال 2010 می‌باشد.</span><br style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" > <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">روش‌ها: مطالعه حاضر به صورت مقعطی&ndash; مشاهده ای در سال 2010 در کشور هائیتی به روش نمونه‌گیری آسان و پی‌در‌پی و از تمامی مراجعین به درمانگاه انجام شد. مشخصات دموگرافیک شامل جنس، سن و اطلاعات بالینی شامل شکایات بالینی و نوع داروی تجویز شده ثبت شد.</span><br style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" > <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">یافته‌ها: مشکلات ناشی از درد 90/35 درصد ، بیشترین فراوانی علت شکایت اصلی بیماران به درمانگاه ایرانی مستقر در هائیتی پس از زلزله 2010 بود. مسکن‌ها بیشترین داروی اول تجویز شده به بیماران بودند. آنتی بیوتیک ها بیشترین فراوانی تجویز دوم و سوم را دارا بودند.</span><br style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" > <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج، توجه به درد و عفونت و بیماری های شایع منطقه در درمانگاه‌های اضطراری پس از زلزله از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار بوده و در برنامه ریزی ایجاد درمانگاه‌ها باید مد نظر قرار گیرد.</span><br style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;" > <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">کلمات</span></p> <div dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction</strong>: According to the research, providing the necessary resources exactly in order to establish emergency clinics requires attention to the frequency and the use of medical services during the establishment. This paper aims to study the frequency and causes of patients referring to the emergency clinic of Islamic Republic of Iran Red Crescent Society after earthquake of Haiti in 2010.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: All patients referred to the emergency clinic were surveyed by using convenience and consecutive sampling in this sectional and observational study. Some data was recorded as demographic characteristics including gender & age and clinical data as clinical complaints & type of prescribed medication.<br> <strong>Findings</strong>: The results show that, the most frequent cause of Haitian patients&#39; complaints (about 35/90%) in Iranian clinic was because of pain after earthquake. Most prescribed and frequent drugs were tranquilizers and antibiotics respectively.<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: Regarding the results, it must be cared for patients&#39; pain and infection treatment and the contagious diseases after earthquake in emergency clinic.
