fa ارائه الگویی برای استقرار منطقی ایستگاه‌های آتش‌نشانی (نمونۀ موردی: شهر تبریز) حمایت روانی در سوانح Psychological support in disasters پژوهشي Research article <p style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;" x="">yle=&quot;text-align: right;&quot; x=&quot;&quot;> yle=&quot;text-align: right;&quot;>&nbsp;<span dir="">مقدمه</span><span dir="">: ایستگاه‌های آتش‌نشانی از جمله مراکز مهم و حیاتی خدمات‌رسانی در شهرها در حین بحران و بعد از بحران هستند. بدیهی است خدمات‌رسانی به موقع ایستگاه‌های آتش‌نشانی بیش از هر چیز مستلزم استقرار آنها در مکان‌ها و محدوده‌های مناسب است تا آتش‌نشانان بتوانند در کمترین زمان و بدون هیچ مانع و محدودیت محیط شهری و نیز بروز کمترین آثار منفی بر زندگی ساکنان شهر به محل حادثه برسند و اقدامات لازم را انجام دهند</span></p> <p dir="" style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;" x="">yle=&quot;text-align: right;&quot;> روش: در این مقاله با استفاده از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و بهره‌گیری از روش تحلیل شبکه و مدل&nbsp;<span dir="">AHP</span>&nbsp;در محیط&nbsp;<span dir="">GIS</span>، توزیع فضایی، مکان استقرار و شعاع عملکرد ایستگاه‌های آتش‌نشانی موجود شهر تبریز تحلیل و بررسی و ایستگاه‌های جدید مکان‌یابی شدند.</p> <p dir="" style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;" x="">yle=&quot;text-align: right;&quot;> یافته‌ها: نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که شهر تبریز از نظر تعداد و پراکندگی ایستگاه‌های آتش‌نشانی با کمبود روبه‌روست و الگوی پراکنش این ایستگاه‌ها با توسعه و تراکم شهر متناسب نیست. این ایستگاه‌ها حدود 60 درصد از محدودۀ ساخته شدۀ شهر و 30 درصد محدودۀ قانونی شهر را تحت پوشش قرار می‌دهند.</p> <p dir="" style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;" x="">yle=&quot;text-align: right;&quot;> نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اولویت‌بندی‌های صورت گرفته این نتیجه به دست می‌آید که مرکز تجاری شهر، بافت فرسوده و حاشیه‌نشین و محلات پرتراکم شهر جز مناطق با اولویت اول قرار دارند. همچنین می‌توان نتیجه‌گیری کرد که استفادۀ توأمان از مدل&nbsp;<span dir="">AHP</span>&nbsp;و روش تحلیل شبکه در محیط&nbsp;<span dir="">GIS</span>&nbsp;می‌تواند الگوی مناسبی برای مکان‌یابی و اولویت‌بندی احداث ایستگاه‌های آتش‌نشانی در شهرهای مختلف باشد.</p> <p style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;" x="">yle=&quot;margin-left:-4.25pt;&quot;>&nbsp;<strong>Background</strong>: Fire stations are examples of important and vital serving centers in cities during and after crisis. It is obvious that on time services of fire stations depend on locating at suitable places in order to enable firefighters to reach the scene and take necessary measures in less time without any constraints of urban environment and least negative impact on the lives of residents.</p> <p style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;" x="">yle=&quot;margin-left:-4.25pt;&quot;>&nbsp;<strong>Methods:&nbsp;</strong>In this paper, location and function of fire stations in Tabriz city has been analyzed and new stations were located using method of desc<x>riptive-analysis, network analysis, AHP model, GIS, spatial distribution.</x></p> <p style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;" x="">yle=&quot;margin-left:-4.25pt;&quot;>&nbsp;<strong>Results:</strong>&nbsp;The results show that Tabriz is facing a shortage in the number and distribution of fire stations and the distribution pattern of these stations do not fit in with the development and density of city. These stations cover only 60% of built area of the city and 30 percent of legal limits.</p> <p style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;" x="">yle=&quot;margin-left:-4.25pt;&quot;>&nbsp;<strong>Conclusions:</strong>&nbsp;According to the priorities, this result is achieved that the commercial center of the city, worn texture and marginalized communities and populated areas are among the areas with the highest priority.
