The important cities of the country are often exposed to damage caused by the possible occurrence of certain events </span>such as floods and earthquakes; therefore, people living in these high-risk areas should receive appropriate and necessary media training to learn about natural hazards and disasters and the basic principles of dealing with such events. In fact<span style="color:black">, this is the concern of Red Crescent and Red Cross Societies, and other related aid organizations.</span></span> In this research, the subject was investigated by using the method of research library and related sites and materials.</span><br> <span style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="color:black">Finally, it should be said that the most basic thing to deal with accidents and disasters is to get the necessary preparations and create media culture and provide relief training to the people. The media can use the highlighting and social influence of the aforementioned training to preserve the health and save the lives of different groups.
